Objective
All the models and standards insist on defect prevention as a better way of improving quality of output. $1 investment in prevention can reduce $3 in appraisal cost and about $10 in failure cost. This session is intended to give overview of correction, corrective actions and preventive actions.
Pre‐requisite
Attendees must have hands on working experience in respective areas. Exposure to standards like ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO27001, ISO20000-1, OHSAS18001, ITIL, CMMi and PDCA as well as MMCI would be added advantage.
